We are the family behind Carmelas Bell, Danke Gongs, and Centro Solar Atlan, committed to the handcrafted design of sound instruments and the development of holistic experiences since 2018. Our approach combines tradition, creativity, and purpose: to build sound tools that accompany therapeutic practices, meditations, Gong Baths, and moments of inner harmony.
My name is Cristian Medina, and I am a holistic sound therapist and a Tai Chi & Qigong instructor.

Carmelas emerged as a call to share the properties and benefits that harmonic sounds provide.
A sound experience as a reference guide, like a beacon for inner adjustment.
Taking as a basis and inspiration the Burmese bells used by monks and students in Vipassana meditation temples, these Carmelas were born in Argentina. During my 10-day meditation retreat in Brandsen, in the province of Buenos Aires, I received the message to recreate them, to make these Burmese bells, and then the idea of emulating and evoking a flower-shaped bell, giving rise to the Carmelas.
I sincerely thank the teachers, guides, and loved ones who have contributed to making this work possible, for their assistance, guidance, support, and knowledge in achieving these sounds, these Carmelas.
